How fees work
SimplyMow charges the subscription price above for the platform, and nothing more. When a customer pays you by card through SimplyMow, two separate fees apply to that transaction only:
- Stripe processing fee: 2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction. Stripe's standard rate, the same whether you're on Free or Pro. We don't mark it up.
- SimplyMow platform fee: 1% on Free, 0% on Pro. Only on card payments processed through SimplyMow. Nothing on the subscription itself, nothing on invoices a customer pays outside our flow (cash, check, off-platform ACH).
